Commander Charles Williams
"An Honor Guard is a group of people who are designated to receive or guard the fallen in war or to attend at ceremonies. The Color Guard presents the National and/or State and organizational colors at an event. The two are not the same. If you have both at an event, you can claim each. However, the mileage for each is separate. If the event is at the post, no mileage is claimed, however, hours are. Also, the submission date is the current date. The activity date is the date the event was held."
